After high school, Lois spent a year at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, Arizona doing recreational work (dirt biking, jet skiing, devil dog events) with marines and their families.  She then moved back to Chicago in 2015 and graduated, a year later, from the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage.  Lois also became a licensed personal trainer during this time but then found her “passion for deeper healing.”
