Lara Dohner is a recent graduate of The New School for Massage – Chicago, and enjoys helping clients find relaxation through Swedish massage, deep tissue work, and craniosacral care. A professional theatre actor and director – Lara witnessed first-hand the need to provide more somatic healing opportunities for actors and dancers. Lara decided to become a licensed massage therapist after over a decade of being in the entertainment industry, and now, combines these skills to support artists all over Chicago. She is passionate about creating a healing space for all, with an affinity for helping women regulate their nervous systems through massage.

Lara loves hiking with her blue heeler Saki, acting in film and theatre, playing her flute in community orchestra, and playing disc golf with her family. She loves to travel, and has lived in nine states! Lara wishes you peace in this loud and big city, and hopes you find a little respite here with us.
